LIONS DEN QUALIFICATION
(a) our company fully aligns with the Lions Den Vision, Mission, and Values.

(b) our company is a for-profit entity looking to provide a market return.
(c) if we are selected as a Lions Den Presenter, we accept/agree that:
(1) our presentation at Lions Den may be recorded and available for public viewing (Main Stage Presenters only).
(2) we can and will handle ALL expenses for our team to travel to, attend, and participate in The 3-day Lions Den event.
(3) In lieu of an application fee, we will make at least a $100 donation to Lifewise Academy as an organization Cedarworks & Lions Den support (give at https://buy.stripe.com/8wM7uj0qM2Eofhm7sv or via button to the left).
(4) If selected as a Main Stage Presenter, we will work with the Lions Den team and designated producer to create a professional promo video for our company (may involve billable production costs of up to $2,000 depending on amount of work)
(5) If presenting in any format, including in the video, at least 20-30% of our content will be dedicated to spiritual impact.
(6) Failure to meet information and presentation submission deadlines to The Lions Den team may result in being removed from consideration.
(7) Our team will make every effort to be available to participate in ALL elements of the application, due diligence, and shepherding process prior to the Event, including timely info submissions as referenced above.
(8) If selected and an investment is made, we agree to supply subsequent quarterly reports of at least Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, Executive Summary/Recaps, and BAM Summary/Impact Statements, as long as requested.
